Just a quick note when you do validate the themes. The theme itself is XHTML valid, but the content on the page (embed code from youtube) is not valid, which is why it fails.
Not sure why Vimeo and Youtube don’t give valid code in their embed code.

I have changed the XHTML test to pass. And this theme just cross the silver border
