Avada is one of the top selling themes on Themeforest and has one of the largest assets of options and page templates available. If you like to have a wide range of choices then this template is the way to go. Features like a shortcode generator, several sliders, and a built-in SEO plugin make this theme stand out from the crowd. Often themes only provide you with one header so nearly all sites that use the same template look alike. This won’t happen with Avada, it comes with 5 custom headers which combined with the unlimited colors gives you the customization you need for a professional looking company site.

Avada is pretty good, if you’re willing to create a child theme and make some significant modifications. Their support is terrible, very defensive and conversational; customer is NOT king here. Also, don’t expect any technical help – their default answer is: it’s not a bug, it’s caused by your customization (even everything custom has been disabled).

Avada is HORRIBLE, FRUSTRATING, and UNINTUITIVE!

Do NOT buy this program unless you want to take hours to do simple tasks. This has to be one of the worst programs I’ve ever bought. It is a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING else.

Hi, above mentioned is definitely true. Ihave bought Avada and can say, as horible menu I have not seen so far. Lack of logic. You will permanently fight with it to achieve wished effect. Avada menu is mess of options. Be cautious.

      Hi Guys,

We’re sorry you feel this way but have to strongly disagree, along with 97% of our customers.

Avada has an advanced options system, the most advanced around, yet it is easy to use. You simply have to understand one important fact. Theme options are global and apply to everything, for example, all pages. But then individual pages have their own set of options that can override global theme options.

This setup is the most flexible around, and in fact copied by nearly every top theme out there. Yet ours is still the best as it continues to advance past them all.

Try Avada, you will not use another theme.

  3. Sylvain says:

The worst in Avada for SEO purpose is the use of “display:none”. When you put something down in the back office, most of the time Avada keep it in the code and simply affect “display:none”. The worth is that Google should interprate this as noob black hat tec…
And i’m not speaking about the tons of lines scripts/css charged on each page…
Avada is definitely a bad SEO theme.

      Hey Guys!

Make sure you are all up to date, this was simply a version issue with the Yoast back in 2016, it has long since been fixed and we work with Yoast team to ensure compatibility.

I am actually running this theme and can categorically state this theme does NOT come with an seo plugin. I am using yoast as my seo plugin.

  5. Mo says:

    Same question as Mike.
I don’t understand how SEO test can score only 67% if Avada came with SEO plugin and it’s the ThemeForest business themes best seller…
    Thanks!
